STEP 2: Setting Expectations

Creating a scope of work which includes options & solutions, pricing, timeline and payment options including financing if needed.

STEP 3: Managing the Installation Process

The agreement, the deposit, the measurements & the ordering of custom products. Communicating the timeline once again and all the steps to come. The installation and clean up.

STEP 4: The Post-Project Follow Up

Now that your home is better than ever we have a few details to finish up. These include: Windows 101, your warranty package, final payment, the survey and a Testimonial.

The work was done to perfection. The window and door installation were absolutely perfect. The trim work on the outside of the house was the best I’ve ever seen. Extra touches on the trim work, gave them a ‘raised’ architectural look that didn’t cost any extra. Also, the interior wood trim that was added after we discovered the mess made by previous window installations blended right in and looked like the wood trim had always been there. This company performs class work when it comes to windows. I can say the same for the siding because some of my neighbors have had them do window and siding and the work is perfect.
